奧利歐草莓酸奶杯

这简单又好吃的甜品一定要另外记载下来, 不然博主突然删掉这贴的话就再找不到了,已经领悟到了。。

草莓
奥利奥
酸奶
蓝莓
Pokey

过程:
🍓准备好材料,把草莓洗干净去蒂。奥利奥打成渣渣。
🍓准备一个玻璃杯,在底部铺上一层奥利奥。
🍓草莓对半切后,在杯身周围贴一圈。
🍓倒入酸奶。把剩下的奥利奥铺上去。
🍓放上蓝莓和草莓做装饰,插上两根pokey就可以啦。

One Pan Garlic Herb Chicken& Asparagus

发现FB以前收藏起来的食谱,有时候随着网站关掉不见了,我想以后煮什么做什么,除了抄下来还要记载在这里。。

昨晚弄了这道菜,喜欢这简单的食谱就可以那么好吃。。。 虽然出了小失败,鸡还没有完全熟就上桌了,以后要先划几刀。。。

One Pan Garlic Herb Chicken & Asparagus

This 20 minute one pan garlic herb chicken and asparagus is full of rich, buttery herb flavors with both chicken and asparagus all cooked in a single pan for easy prep and cleanup.

INGREDIENTS
  • 3-6 chicken thighs or boneless skinless chicken breasts (breasts pounded to even ½ inch thickness)
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 pound asparagus, ends trimmed
  • 3 tablespoons butter, divided
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • ½ teaspoon dried basil (see note)
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano
  • ½ teaspoon dried thyme
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • fresh herbs for garnish (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Season chicken with salt and pepper on both sides. Melt 2 tablespoons butter in a large pan/skillet over meidum-high heat. Stir in garlic and herbs and cook another minute or so until the garlic is fragrant.
  2. Reduce heat to medium, add chicken to pan, and cook for 5-7 minutes, then flip and cook another 5-7 minutes. (Chicken should be nearly, but not completely cooked through by this point)
  3. Scoot the chicken over the sides and add remaining 1 tablespoon butter to the empty portion of the pan. Once the butter is melted, add asparagus. Season asparagus with salt and pepper, to taste. Cook, rotating throughout, for 4-6 minutes until tender and chicken is completely cooked through.
  4. Serve immediately garnished with freshly cracked black pepper and fresh herbs if desired.
NOTES
In place of the dried basil, oregano, and thyme, you can use about 1½ teaspoons dried Italian seasoning.

简易香蕉核桃杯蛋糕

 昨天看到香蕉有点过熟了,今天就来玩mamasak咯,看着假期中的Sonia闲着,就问她要不要和我一起弄Banana Cupcake, 她很快的就点头了。。。

材料:熟香蕉二至三条, 牛油80克, 砂糖60克,鸡蛋1粒,高筋粉150克,苏打粉2克, 盐2克
做法:
1)把香蕉弄碎
2)加入鸡蛋
3)膈水加热牛油,加入砂糖,搅拌
4)将牛油溶液加入香蕉糊内,再篩入高筋粉,苏打粉,盐搅拌
5)可随意加入核桃,杏仁粒, 也可以不加,面糊就完成了。
6)装入纸杯,可用170 -180度炬15-20分钟,看火,见金黄色即可。完成啦~

白色巧克力蛋糕

Ingrediant: 120g White Chocolate, Cream Cheese 120g, Egg x3

Steps 1: Seperate Egg York and Egg White 把蛋白和蛋黄分开
Steps 2: Whipping the Egg White until hard peak appear 蛋白打到硬性发泡
Steps 3: Melting the chocolate in a double boiler 隔水加热融化白巧克力
Steps 4: Add cream Cheese 加入奶油乳酪
Steps 5: Add Egg Yorks 加入蛋黄
Steps 6: Add 1/3 Egg White each time and mix together 分3次加入蛋白并搅拌混合
Steps 7: Pour into the plate and release the air 倒入烤盘, 把炮炮打出来
Steps 8: Add water to the plate 加水至烤盘
Steps 9: 170' for 30mins and remaining heat for 15mins 170度C烤30分钟再用馀温烤15分钟

Handmade 面包

2011年买回来的面包机终于要进"医院"了, 早上把全部材料倒进去按了开始运作的按键, 结果10分钟后面包机发出奇怪的声音, 我们只好停了下来, 看着已经捏成一团的面粉, 丢掉又有点浪费, 就快快上网找handmade的食谱继续弄, 好多工哦, 但当你看到面包发出形状的时候, 真的感到值得的...
