Ingrediant: 120g White Chocolate, Cream Cheese 120g, Egg x3
Steps 1: Seperate Egg York and Egg White 把蛋白和蛋黄分开
Steps 2: Whipping the Egg White until hard peak appear 蛋白打到硬性发泡
Steps 3: Melting the chocolate in a double boiler 隔水加热融化白巧克力
Steps 4: Add cream Cheese 加入奶油乳酪
Steps 5: Add Egg Yorks 加入蛋黄
Steps 6: Add 1/3 Egg White each time and mix together 分3次加入蛋白并搅拌混合
Steps 7: Pour into the plate and release the air 倒入烤盘, 把炮炮打出来
Steps 8: Add water to the plate 加水至烤盘
Steps 9: 170' for 30mins and remaining heat for 15mins 170度C烤30分钟再用馀温烤15分钟
